Our Attorneys

Joshua W. Hunking, J.D.
Attorney
I founded this law firm over a decade ago because I wanted to provide my community with high quality legal services. As I have grown over the years with this firm I have realized more and more the value that we have the capacity to provide to the Willamette Valley. I strive daily to do more and be better so that our community can be better. More than anything, with Hunking Law, LLC, I want to ensure that we are accomplishing our mission of exporting the greatest amount of justice, goodness and fairness into the world as we can.
In 2023 I finished my first book "How to Fix the World" and I am immensely proud of the final product. Click here to purchase your own copy. I am confident that as we keep trying we will be able to make the world better tomorrow than it is today.
In addition to the practice of law, I love spending time with my family, my wife and my dogs. I recently retired after 20 years in the Oregon Army National Guard and I am proud of what I have done. Looking forward, I am excited to see what the next chapter of my life entails.
Mostly, I want to make the world better and I am working every day to do everything I can to make that happen.
